Personal Data Protection — Privacy Notice
This notice provides basic information, under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), about how personal data collected via forms on turkishrobotics.org and roscon.turkishrobotics.org is processed.

What data is processed, and why?
Talk proposals: name, email, affiliation, proposal content (title, abstract, optional file) — to evaluate your submission and communicate with you.
Ticketing: name, email, affiliation, ticket type/quantity — to process your ticket purchase. Your card details never reach us; payment is handled entirely by Stripe.
Email subscription: email address — with your explicit consent, to send event and community announcements. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Who is data shared with?
Your data is stored and processed only with our service providers: Airtable (submission records), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), Vercel and Cloudflare (hosting/infrastructure). Their servers may be located abroad. Your data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to run the event, plus a reasonable period subject to legal obligations, and is then deleted.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may access your data, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Requests: info@turkishrobotics.org
