Share your ROS tools, deployment experience and technical lessons with the community. First-time speakers are welcome.

Review and submission process

Proposals are planned to be reviewed by ROSCon Türkiye committee members for ROS relevance, technical contribution, clarity, practicality and community value. Open-source links strengthen a proposal but are not required. Keynotes are by invitation.

Proposals will be reviewed by ROSCon Türkiye committee members, and results will be communicated by email.

Submission deadline: 19 November 2026 — two weeks before the event begins. The notification date will be announced separately. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Completed slides are not required at submission. Accepted speakers will be asked to provide presentation materials later.

Technical talks last 15 minutes; Q&A arrangements will be shared separately with accepted speakers.

Lightning talk presentations are limited to a maximum of 4 minutes.
